Earlier versions of this tool held one shared working draft. This version lets each Steering Committee member sign in with their own VFP Google account and submit their own score per item; the app averages everyone's input into the consolidated numbers shown throughout. Identity comes from a verified, domain-restricted Google sign-in, not a typed-in name, so scores can't be submitted under someone else's name.
The six categories still follow Hustle Badger's AI Maturity Model & Guide. People & Culture is scored against the AI Manifesto's own proficiency tiers. Governance & Trust draws on the Databricks AI Governance Maturity Model and NIST's AI RMF implementation tiers. The MCP Server item is scored against Salesforce's own Agentic Maturity Model.
Everyone scores into the same open round. Closing a round freezes the consolidated result as a permanent snapshot (feeding the trend chart below) and opens a fresh round for next quarter, so historical rounds are never overwritten by ongoing scoring.
